We charge a flat fee of $10 for 1-hour, door-to-door local delivery. Many retailers offer our delivery service to shoppers who spend a certain minimum amount – say $75 or $100.

Who pays the $10?
Many retailers offer their customers free delivery when they purchase over a certain $$ amount by paying the $10 to gondoola.
Otherwise, if a customer wants 1-hour delivery – stores charge the $10 fee and then pay gondoola.
Setting up delivery is easy
Once your shopper have made their purchase and you have confirmed that they are within 10 miles – there are two ways to set-up delivery with us:
- text DELIVERY to 929-400-3545 and we will reply with a simple form to fill out.
- Go to gondoola.com/delivery to access our order form fill it out.
- As soon as we receive the form and confirm that it meets our guidelines we send you a confirmation email and a link to enter payment.
- When we confirm receipt of payment we will pick up the package and get it to your shopper within the hour.

The gondoola pick-up and delivery proccess is one of the safest and most CDC compliant in the industry. Our gloved drivers place your packages in special bins that are sanitized after every delivery.
Our drivers are tested regularly for clean health and they care about making the experience as perfect as is possible for you and your shoppers.
