Our gondoola™ drivers can deliver to any address within 10 miles of the retail location. Or, gondoola™ drivers will pick-up and deliver to your home or office from any store within 10 miles.
We can deliver the majority of products from your local retailers, but some large products, such a appliances or building supplies cannot be delivered. If you are unsure, please reach out to us at 929-400-3545 or Contact Us.

Yes, we do returns. With gondoola returns are free – if you had us deliver we will pick-up and return your purchase to the same store for free. keep in mind that we take care of the pick-up and delivery part – you have to handle the communication with the store and working out everything with their return policies, etc. Once the business part is done – contact us and we’ll take over.
Ordering a gondoola pick-up/delivery is super simple!! Once you have completed your purchase with your favorite local store go to www.gondoola.com/deliver to set up your quick delivery. You will get a confirmation from us saying that the delivery is set to happen. Don’t forget to forward your confirmation email from the store to us at deliver@gondoola.com.
gondoola follows the CDC guidelines to the highest most detailed level possible. Our service is contact-free from pick-up to delivery.
Our drivers wear masks the entire time and wear gloves when they pick up and drop off your package. While in the car your package goes into a bin in the back seat of the car. Every bin is cleaned after each delivery.
